Speaking on the SHE MD podcast, she shared that Tatum’s likeness to Rob, along with traits from her late father, made her joke about a possible mix-up. She even asked Rob if he had ever donated sperm. Despite knowing Tristan Thompson was the father, Khloé insisted on three DNA tests, which offended him. Her doctor was also surprised by her persistence. Ultimately, she accepted that strong Kardashian genes run in her son. While she and Tristan split in 2019 due to a cheating scandal, Khloé acknowledged him as a great father to their kids, including their daughter, True. Despite their romantic past, she appreciates their co-parenting dynamic, believing they weren’t meant to be together but that he was meant to father their children.
