These crispy chicken fritters are a hit with any crowd, whether served as an appetizer or a main dish. Bursting with flavor and simple to prepare, they pair perfectly with your favorite dipping sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 25 oz shredded chicken (leftover or canned)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 large egg
  • ⅛ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Oil (vegetable or olive) for frying

Instructions:

  1. Combine the chicken, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, spices, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden and crispy.
