Ingredients:
- Fresh eggs (as many as needed)
 - Water
 - Ice

Instructions:
Boiling the Eggs:
- Place the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a pot.
 - Pour in cold water, ensuring the eggs are covered by at least an inch.
 - Heat the water over high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
 - Once boiling, cover the pot and turn off the heat.
 - Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes for large eggs (adjust slightly for smaller or larger eggs).

Cooling and Peeling:
- Fill a bowl with ice water.
 - Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them immediately to the ice water and let them cool for at least 5 minutes.
 - Tap each egg gently on a hard surface to crack the shell. Peel starting from the wider end, where the air pocket is located.
 - Rinse peeled eggs under cold water to remove any remaining shell pieces or membrane.
