CEO Of Canada’s Second-Largest Company Backs Trump’s Tariffs

The CEO of Canada’s second-largest publicly traded company claimed that Canadians back the measures President Trump is advocating and criticized outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for failing to prevent the trade war, according to a report on Sunday.

On Saturday, Trump, 78, signed an executive order enforcing 25% tariffs on Canada, citing the country’s inability to meet his demands to help combat the fentanyl trade and illegal immigration.
