Influencer Ashley St Clair, who claimed to have given birth to Elon Musk’s 13th child, is now suing the billionaire. St Clair announced on February 15 that Musk is the father of her five-month-old child, expressing concerns over media intrusion into their privacy. She asked the media to respect the child’s privacy, but Musk responded with a brief “Whoa” after a Twitter exchange with a user speculating about Musk’s relationships.
St Clair’s representative revealed that she and Musk had been working on an agreement regarding the child’s upbringing, but a tabloid reportedly disrupted the process. Now, St Clair has filed a petition for sole legal custody and a paternity test, claiming they had a relationship in mid-2023 and that Musk was absent during the birth. She also presented text messages allegedly confirming Musk’s acknowledgment of parentage and concerns about the child’s security. Musk has publicly acknowledged 12 children with three women, making St Clair the potential fourth mother if paternity is confirmed.
